Adrian has over 18 years' experience advising on intellectual property law, trademark and patent prosecution. He co-founded the firm 9 years ago.

He supervises over 3,000 files before the Spanish Trademark Office, WIPO, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the EUIPO.

He holds a Master in Laws in Intellectual Property law by Universidad Alicante,  (Spain) and his Bachelor in Laws by Universidad de Costa Rica.

He was recipient of a USAID fellowship in Washington DC.


Adrian is a member of INTA; ASIPI, ECTA; Spanish group of AIPPI and FICPI. He is also member of the Geographical Indications Committee and the Trade Dress and Industrial Design Commitee of the Asociación Interamericana de la Propiedad Intelectual. 

He has published articles in Intellectual Property Magazine and Derechos Intelectuales (ASIPI).

Adrian is fluent in Spanish and English.

Victoria Sofia has been working in the field of intellectual property for the last 15 years. She is an attorney admitted to practice in Spain (Madrid bar) and an official patent and trademark agent (charter number 1000/6). She co-founded the firm 9 years ago.


She's specialised in intellectual property and unfair competition litigation before Spanish and European courts and administrative bodies. 

She holds a Master in Laws in Intellectual Property law by Universidad Alicante,  Spain, and her Bachelor in Laws by Universidad Pontificia (ICADE) in Madrid. She also spent a year abroad at the law faculty of the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

She is a judicial expert in intellectual property matters and an occasional speaker and media commentator on intellectual property issues. She has published several influential articles in the EU Unfair Competition Gazette (in Spanish).

She has been shortlisted as best young IP practitioner of 2020 in Spain and Portugal by Iberian Lawyer magazine.

Victoria Sofia is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
